Watson Estate blends historic character with thoughtful comforts across 45 scenic acres in Uniontown, PA. Guests staying at The Estate House, Harvest House, or Pet Friendly Cottages enjoy fresh-cooked breakfast with signature mimosas, a complimentary 4oz glass of Deer Creek wine, Wi-Fi, and access to the shared outdoor hot tub at Harvest House. Select rooms offer fireplaces or in-room jetted tubs for added relaxation.
Watson’s Woodland Manor provides a private whole-house rental for up to 16 guests—ideal for families, bridal parties, and group retreats. While separate from traditional B&B inclusions, Manor guests enjoy full-home privacy with convenient access to tastings, dining, and event spaces throughout the estate.
Across the property, porches, patios, firepits, walking paths, and open green space create a welcoming third space—designed for gathering, lingering, and reconnecting beyond the routines of home and work.
The on-site Deer Creek tasting room offers complimentary wine tastings, while the Watson Estate Café serves light bites and local flavors. Seasonal events and live music bring the estate to life, making every visit—overnight or just for the day—feel unhurried and memorable.

Watson Estate features 14 unique rooms across three historic buildings, offering a charming mix of comfort, character, and convenience. The Estate House serves as the heart of the property with seven elegant rooms included when booked as a wedding venue. Additional accommodations include five rooms at the Harvest House and two pet-friendly cottages. If you need more space, the Watson’s Woodland Manor House is another a spacious rental on the property that sleeps up to sixteen. *Please note some of the amenities are not the same for Woodland Manor.
