Nestled along the peaceful woodlands and open pastures of Deer Creek Winery at Watson Estate, our private stand-alone cottages offer the most secluded lodging on the property—perfect for romantic escapes, quiet retreats, or extended stays in the Laurel Highlands. Red Fox Run Cottage and Windy Knob Cottage each feature a king-sized bed, private bath, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, climate control, and a mini-kitchen with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and mini fridge/freezer. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered porch rockers overlooking scenic countryside views, or relax by the firepit with your pet—both cottages are fully pet-friendly (small nightly fee applies).

BUNDLE & SAVE: Both cottages may also be reserved together for a private retreat—ideal for couples traveling together, girlfriend getaways, or extended stays. Save 5% when booking both cottages as a bundle.

THE ESTATE HOUSE – 7 ROOMS: The heart of Watson Estate, this beautifully restored 18th-century manor features seven elegant guest rooms, each with a private bath and timeless period charm. Guests enjoy cozy fireplaces, garden views, and easy access to the café and tasting room. When booked as a wedding venue, all seven rooms are included for overnight lodging.

The entire Estate House can be reserved, offering exclusive use of all guest rooms plus a private kitchen, dining room, and two parlors — 15% off when bundled together. If you don’t prefer to book the whole house, other options are:

  • Estate House North Wing: 3 rooms with a connecting parlor (10% off when bundled)
  • Estate House Original 1800 Wing: 4 rooms with a private parlor (10% off when bundled)

HARVEST HOUSE – 5 ROOMS: Set along the wooded edge of the property, the Harvest House offers five tranquil rooms with rustic details and whirlpool tubs in select suites. Guests here share access to an outdoor hot tub on the patio and enjoy quiet, scenic surroundings perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the Laurel Highlands. The entire Harvest House can also be reserved, providing all five guest rooms along with a private common area and pantry, conveniently located just steps from the outdoor hot tub and the Summer House — 10% off when bundled together.

COTTAGES – 2 UNITS: Our two pet-friendly cottages—Red Fox Run and Windy Knob—each offer a private escape with a king bed, kitchenette, and covered porch. Both have access to the Harvest House patio and shared outdoor hot tub. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or guests bringing furry friends along for the getaway. Both cottages can also be reserved together as a private retreat, with convenient access to all shared amenities — 5% off when bundled.

WATSON’S WOODLAND MANOR – WHOLE HOUSE RENTAL: Built in 1825, the Woodland Manor House is a fully restored historic residence that sleeps up to 16 guests. With multiple bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen, and spacious living and dining areas, it’s perfect for wedding parties, family gatherings, or extended stays. Guests enjoy private parking, outdoor firepits, and free tastings. Please note some of the other amenities offered at the other buildings do not include Watson’s Woodland Manor.
