The story
Behind the Grove
Our Olive Grove line started the way most of our best ideas do — out of curiosity and a road trip. Rhonda walked into a few olive oil tasting rooms in Chicago and Fairhope, Alabama with our daughter and realized the experience felt exactly like a wine tasting — only for your food. She brought the idea home.
For a while, we had full stainless steel containers where guests could fill their own bottles. Beautiful in theory. Messy in practice. Then we opened a dedicated oil-and-vinegar shop in Ohio under the Deer Creek Olive Grove name — and learned the hard way that olive oils sell better with a wine glass in the other hand.
So we brought the whole line back home to the wineries, where it belongs. Today, every Deer Creek Olive Grove bottle is poured at our tasting rooms, plated in our cafés, and ready for you to take home and pour at your own table.

How to Use Them
The honest truth: you don’t need a recipe to use any of this. Pour a balsamic straight over a salad. Drizzle Tuscan Herb oil over warm bread. Splash a little Dark Chocolate balsamic on vanilla ice cream — yes, really.
We add a few drops to the Greek yogurt parfaits we serve at the Brooks Estate Café. It sounds odd until you try it.
Mix the oils with the vinegars to build your own dipping blends. The flavor profiles do most of the work — you just pour. We keep a binder of guest-favorite recipes at every tasting room. Just ask.
Three Crafts. One Plate.
Pair Them with the Deer Creek Pairing Experience
Our Olive Grove line is woven into The Deer Creek Pairing Experience. The Tuscan Herb oil that finishes your café pizza is the same one waiting for you on our shelf. Same with the Traditional Dark Balsamic in your dipping blend. Take a flight at Brooks Estate or Watson Estate — then build your own pairings at home.
