This policy covers wine purchases made online through deercreekwine.com (fulfilled by our shipping partner, Vinoshipper) and purchases made at our winery locations.
Online Orders — Shipped via Vinoshipper
Online wine orders placed on deercreekwine.com are fulfilled and shipped through our partner, Vinoshipper. The terms below are taken directly from Vinoshipper’s published Return/Refund Policy, Customer FAQ, and Return Policy Update.
Vinoshipper is committed to you having a positive experience when dealing with us and so we want to hear from you if there is a problem. However, due to the special nature of the Products sold through our Website, there are some special rules affecting returns/refunds.
If you did not receive your order:
Please email us at customerservice@vinoshipper.com with your order number so we may investigate the reasons.
If your order arrives damaged:
If the damage is visible, do not accept the order from the shipping company. Please email us at customerservice@vinoshipper.com with your order number and which products are damaged. We will work with you to get the Products replaced.
If you received products different from those you ordered:
Please email us at customerservice@vinoshipper.com with your order number and which products were incorrect. We will work with you to get the Products replaced.
Lost or damaged shipments — Vinoshipper’s delivery guarantee:
We guarantee delivery of your order and so if anything goes wrong we will either refund you and provide a replacement order for you at no cost to you.
Shipping method liability:
You are solely responsible for selecting the shipping method. Vinoshipper assumes no liability for Products that are or may be damaged by heat or cold during shipping. If you feel that temperature extremes could impact the quality of the Products we suggest that you choose an express shipping method to help protect your purchase or delay your purchase.
Cancelled or returned orders (Vinoshipper default policy, effective March 1, 2022):
When a package is returned, there are shipping charges for the original outbound shipping and the return shipping. The customer will receive a refund less the outbound and return shipping charges. If upon review we see that the return was caused by a UPS error, we will provide you with a new shipping label at no charge for the reshipment of the order.

Defective Bottles — In-Person Purchases
For wine purchased at one of our Deer Creek winery locations: we will always replace any defective wine when brought to a location.
