We made a 100% elderberry wine years ago that was pretty tart—this time we mellowed it out by adding concord grapes. It is a smooth unraveling of fruity glory that quickly rose to become a fan fav. It’s still loaded with all the deep character that you’d expect from elderberries, but now with just the right hint of sweetness to keep you sipping.

It says so right there on the label: “A one of a kind blend of Elderberry and Grape that will remind you of eating a piece of pie.” And it’s true.
