BROOKS ESTATE: THE INN – 8 ROOMS: Opened in 2016, The Inn at Brooks Estate is Pennsylvania’s only winery-attached bed and breakfast, located just steps from the tasting room. Each private room features cozy décor and an ensuite bath, with select rooms offering fireplaces or two-person hot tubs. Guests enjoy direct access to the winery, café, and Gathering Place.

BROOKS ESTATE: THE MANOR – 5 ROOMS: Opened in 2021, The Manor at Brooks Estate offers five uniquely themed guest rooms just a short walk from the winery. Each room includes a private bath, with shared access to porches, patios, swings, and firepits. Enjoy a quiet, homelike retreat with easy access to all estate amenities.

WATSON ESTATE: THE ESTATE HOUSE – 7 ROOMS: The heart of Watson Estate, this beautifully restored 18th-century manor features seven elegant guest rooms, each with a private bath and timeless period charm. Guests enjoy cozy fireplaces, garden views, and easy access to the café and tasting room. When booked as a wedding venue, all seven rooms are included for overnight lodging.

HARVEST HOUSE AT WATSON ESTATE – 5 ROOMS: Set along the wooded edge of the property, the Harvest House offers five tranquil rooms with rustic details and whirlpool tubs in select suites. Guests here share access to an outdoor hot tub on the patio and enjoy quiet, scenic surroundings perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the Laurel Highlands.

COTTAGES AT WATSON ESTATE – 2 UNITS: Our two pet-friendly cottages—Red Fox Run and Windy Knob—each offer a private escape with a king bed, kitchenette, and covered porch. Both have access to the Harvest House patio and shared outdoor hot tub. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or guests bringing furry friends along for the getaway.

WATSON’S WOODLAND MANOR – WHOLE HOUSE RENTAL: Built in 1825, the Woodland Manor House is a fully restored historic residence that sleeps up to 16 guests. With multiple bedrooms, two full baths, a full kitchen, and spacious living and dining areas, it’s perfect for wedding parties, family gatherings, or extended stays. Guests enjoy private parking, outdoor firepits, and free tastings. Please note some of the other amenities offered at the other buildings do not include Watson’s Woodland Manor.
