The venue comfortably hosts weddings and events from 50 – 80 people using the upper Mezzanine section and the first floor.

The rental fee for our venue ranges from $1,800 – $2,500 depending on the day and season. Our couples generally have a total wedding budget ranging from $9,000 – $15,000. View pricing.

Stay on-site at The Inn and Manor, our charming 13 room bed & breakfast. Perfect for hosting close friends and family, with 10% bundle savings when you book multiple rooms.

You have the freedom to choose all of your vendors to make your day uniquely yours. We recommend our preferred vendor, Daddy’s of Clarion, a trusted local partner known for delicious, customized menus.

All beverages, including wine and beer, must be purchased through Deer Creek Winery, as we carry the alcohol license for the property. All alcohol is purchased through Brooks Estate, with no drink minimums. We charge by the bottle, not by the drink — a pricing model that can save couples thousands compared to other venues. Every wedding includes a RAMP-certified server, meeting insurance requirements and ensuring responsible service.

Indoor spaces are included, and there are a few intimate outdoor spots available for ceremonies. For outdoor weddings, couples will need to provide chairs or benches and handle setup and tear-down of the ceremony area.

At Brooks Estate, The Gathering Place is our signature indoor wedding space — the heart of your celebration. With cathedral ceilings, French doors, and a balcony that overlooks both sides of the room, the space feels open, airy, and inviting. Step outside onto the porch or outdoor balcony for fresh countryside views, or enjoy the connected buffet space for effortless dining and celebration.

Designed for intimacy and flexibility, this rustic-yet-elegant room can be arranged to match your style — whether you imagine a romantic indoor ceremony, a joyful reception, or both.

Your rental includes a RAMP-certified bartender for 3 hours, ensuring compliance with event insurance and peace of mind for your celebration.

tables & chairs

All tables and chairs for your indoor celebration are included, ready for you to set up in the style that fits your day. (Outdoor seating is not provided.)

Pricing for Venues

A signed contract and $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date. Payment schedule will be established with final payment due 30 days prior to your event. Each required payment will be non-refundable.

Yes. Event insurance is required and can be arranged through Burns & Burns Insurance, naming Deer Creek Winery as the beneficiary.

Our preferred caterer, Daddy’s of Clarion, provides all food service except for your wedding cake. The best part? There are no minimums — unlike many venues. All beverages, including wine and beer, must be purchased through Deer Creek Winery, as we carry the alcohol license for the property.

Yes, for everyone’s safety and peace of mind. One security officer is required for all weddings.

Yes, you can select your own vendors for most services (photography, flowers, entertainment, etc.).

Brooks Estate is ideal for intimate weddings for 50 – 80 guests. We have flexible spaces to host both ceremonies and receptions comfortably.

For traditional weddings, we provide a dedicated Venue Manager to guide you through the planning process and support you on event day. While we do not offer full-service wedding planning or day-of coordination for larger weddings, a member of our team will be onsite to oversee the property, assist with venue-related needs, and help address any facility questions that arise.

Couples hosting traditional weddings are responsible for coordinating their vendors, décor setup, and timeline management, or hiring a professional planner if desired.

For our Micro Wedding Packages, however, the experience is far more inclusive. These thoughtfully curated packages are designed to simplify the process and typically include key elements such as cake, photography, and additional services — allowing you to enjoy a beautifully coordinated celebration with minimal planning required.
