Deer Creek Winery tasting room remains open to the public during weddings and private events, while your celebration takes place in its reserved event spaces.

Deer Creek provides venue support for regular weddings, but not full wedding planning or a day of coordinator. Couples handle their own vendors, décor setup & take down, and timeline management.

Outdoor ceremony seating is not provided. If you choose an outdoor ceremony, chairs or benches and setup/tear-down must be arranged by the couple.

Event insurance is required and can be arranged through Burns & Burns Insurance, naming Deer Creek Winery as the beneficiary.

One security officer is required for all receptions besides elopements & micro weddings.

For larger weddings, the Brooks Estate café can provide select casual add-ons for rehearsal-style gatherings, but most couples use an outside caterer for the reception itself.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date for up to 7 days until the signed contract is received with first payment to seal the date.

A non-alcoholic beverage package is required for all weddings and is not included in your venue package price. All beverage packages include plastic servingware and ice.

All weddings take place at The Gathering Place — a climate-controlled indoor venue that includes the Vino’s Den/Foyer doors and back, plus connected outdoor areas including a double Inn porch, fire pit area, and back courtyard.

No. An on-site Deer Creek venue manager or team member is included in all packages to oversee the property, assist with venue-related needs, and help address any facility questions that arise, but this is not a day-of coordinator. Couples are responsible for their own vendors, décor setup and breakdown, and timeline management.

For our Micro Wedding & Elopement Packages, however, the experience is far more inclusive. These thoughtfully curated packages are designed to simplify the process and typically include key elements such as cake, photography, and additional services — allowing you to enjoy a beautifully coordinated celebration with minimal planning required.
