At Deer Creek, we want every guest to enjoy a safe, comfortable, and relaxing experience. Please review the following policies before your visit.

Winery Policies

  • We are legally required to refuse service to any visibly intoxicated person (VIP) and anyone under the age of 21.
  • Watson Estate is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
  • No outside food or alcohol may be brought onto the property.
    • Exception: B&B guests may bring restaurant leftovers to their rooms but are asked not to eat them in common areas.
  • Please drink responsibly and enjoy Deer Creek Winery’s handcrafted wines in moderation.

Bed & Breakfast Policies

Check-In & Check-Out:

  • Standard Check-In Times:
    • Sunday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
    • Friday–Saturday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Check-Out: by 10:00 AM at the front desk.
  • If you expect to arrive late, please call ahead so we can accommodate you.

Deposits & Payments

  • A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.
  • A 100% deposit is charged at booking.
  • Accepted payments: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Travelers Cheques, and Cash.
  • Rates include a fresh-cooked country breakfast each morning.
  • All rooms include private bathrooms and on-site parking.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice (but not after your booking is confirmed).

Room Occupancy

  • Standard occupancy: 1-2 adults per room.
  • Non-staying guests are kindly asked to leave when the winery closes.
  • Children ages 14 and up are welcome in select accommodations.

Pets

  • Pets are only permitted in the Red Fox Run and Windy Knob Cottages.
  • Guidelines:
    • Pets must be leashed on the property and crated if left unattended.
    • No pets on furniture.
    • Please wipe paws before re-entering cottages.
    • Owners must clean up after pets and prevent excessive barking or disturbance.
  • Emotional support animals are accepted with a $150 cleaning fee.

Payment & Cancellations

  • Payment is required in full at the time of reservation.
  • Cancellations:
    • A $30 processing fee applies to all cancellations.
    • Reservations are refundable up to 15 days prior to check-in.
    • If cancelled 8–14 days prior, we will refund half your reservation or one night’s stay (whichever is less).
    • Reservations cancelled 7 days or less before check-in are non-refundable.

Quiet Hours & Conduct

  • Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM to ensure a restful stay for all guests.
  • Any damage or smoking indoors will result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
