Nestled on 45 acres of scenic woodlands, our pristine historical 1800’s Estate and Barn stand on their own meticulously landscaped grounds providing the ideal surrounding for your special event. The Hayloft Barn comfortably hosts weddings and events of up to 100 guests. The barn features original 1790s beams, reclaimed wood, vintage lighting, and panoramic views of the Laurel Highlands.

The Estate House also includes seven overnight guest rooms, wraparound porches, and beautiful outdoor areas perfect for photos or a relaxed post-ceremony toast.

Every wedding includes a RAMP-certified server, meeting insurance requirements and ensuring responsible service.

Indoor spaces are included, and there are a few intimate outdoor spots available for ceremonies. For outdoor weddings, couples will need to provide chairs or benches and handle setup and tear-down of the ceremony area.

A signed contract and $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date. Payment schedule will be established with final payment due 30 days prior to your event. Each required payment will be non-refundable.

For traditional weddings, we provide a dedicated Venue Manager to guide you through the planning process and support you on event day. While we do not offer full-service wedding planning or day-of coordination for larger weddings, a member of our team will be onsite to oversee the property, assist with venue-related needs, and help address any facility questions that arise.

Couples hosting traditional weddings are responsible for coordinating their vendors, décor setup, and timeline management, or hiring a professional planner if desired.

For our Micro Wedding Packages, however, the experience is far more inclusive. These thoughtfully curated packages are designed to simplify the process and typically include key elements such as cake, photography, and additional services — allowing you to enjoy a beautifully coordinated celebration with minimal planning required.
