One of our original wines, Seyval Blanc is a true part of the Deer Creek story. Formerly known as Rocky Ridge, this Classics Collection favorite was renamed in 2024 to honor the grape behind the bottle — but it’s the same crisp, elegant wine our guests have loved from the beginning.

Crafted from 100% Seyval Blanc grapes, this dry white wine is light on the palate with a clean, refreshing finish. It’s a beautiful choice for fans of Sauvignon Blanc or unoaked Chardonnay.

Perfectly paired with shellfish, grilled chicken, white fish, creamy pasta dishes, fresh salads, or mild cheeses like Havarti.
