Experience the quiet charm of Watson Estate, where stays at The Estate House, Harvest House, and Cottages include fresh-cooked breakfasts with signature mimosas, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a 4oz glass of Deer Creek wine. Each room features a private ensuite bath, comfortable seating area, TV, and antique furnishings such as hand-selected oak armoires that bring the estate’s history to life. Select rooms offer added touches like fireplaces or mini-fridges for an extra level of comfort.
Guests can relax on the porches and patios, gather around the outdoor firepits, or enjoy the peace of the courtyard and landscaped grounds, complete with cozy seating areas and swings surrounded by 45 acres of countryside. All overnight guests—except Watson’s Woodland Manor—have access to the shared two-person outdoor hot tub at Harvest House for a truly relaxing stay. The Estate House, Harvest House & Cottages are an adults-only retreat if staying overnight (ages 14+), offering free on-site parking and a tranquil setting that’s completely separate from the winery and barn—perfect for rest, romance, and reconnecting.
On-site, the Deer Creek Winery tasting room and Watson Estate Café serve light bites, local flavors, and our signature wines, with live music on select weekends. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore nearby Laurel Highlands attractions, Watson Estate offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and hospitality.
Lodging: Watson Estate Bed & Breakfast
Watson Estate features 14 unique rooms across four historic buildings, offering a charming mix of comfort, character, and convenience. The Estate House serves as the heart of the property with seven elegant rooms included when booked as a wedding venue. Additional accommodations include five rooms at the Harvest House and two pet-friendly cottages. Guests enjoy complimentary breakfast with mimosas, outdoor firepits, and easy access to the winery, café, and tasting room—making Watson Estate the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and celebrate. If you need more space, the Watson’s Woodland Manor House is another a spacious rental on the property that sleeps up to sixteen. *Please note some of the amenities are not the same for Woodland Manor.
